Reiki infused yoga is a powerful healing combination. Singularly taken Reiki is a form of alternative medicine that encourages, through the universal energy (qi, chi, prana, or under different names), emotional or physical healing.

It induces to deep relaxation helping to cope with people blockages, difficulties, relieving emotional stress. Positive energy is channelled into the body by masters, typically placing their hands on the area that needs a boost.

With the practice of yoga increases the flow of the energy through the seven Chakras. Providing a sense of balance, grounding and bringing awareness, so restoring the physical and emotional well-being.

The asanas taken during this session are just few and easy going meanwhile the focus is on the breath. Experiencing self-fullfillment.

The sequence is well though while some relaxation music is played and grounding aromatherapy applied. Also the healing stones play an important role during the relaxation.

Based on what most is needed, the crystals are choosen carefully. Just to mention some of them: amethyst, clear quartz, rose quartz, lapis lazuli… They will give each chakra a boost of its own vibration without altering its energies or the overall harmony of the system.

The session ends in meditation, listening with hears and hearth some specific mantras that work with the energy flow through the entire body.

The combination reiki-yoga will help the receiver to understand better that union between body, mind and soul.
