PRIVATE YOGA

Yoga lesson and private meditation.

At The Warriors House you can book your Yoga session among the palms and coconut trees, meditate by the lake and slow down. Our classes can be one hour and half, three hours or a full day.

Practicing with Paolina is more than just stretching. Take a break for yourself, for you and your partner or for your small group of friends.

Private lessons can be in English, Italian and Thai.

TREAT YOURSELF – 1,5 H YOGA

Recommended for those who want to take a private class or become regular. For those who are visiting or living in Chiang Mai. During the lesson you will do meditation and asanas.

1,100 THB per person (plus 700 THB second person)

SLOW DOWN – 3 H YOGA

Perfect for slowing down and rebalancing the natural way of living. During these three hours we will do pranayama, asanas, relaxation and meditation. During a short break a homemade herbal tea will be offered.

1,900 THB per person (plus 900 THB second person)

BACK TO BASIC – ONE DAY YOGA

A great one day escape. Giving yourself time, taking time and relaxing surrounded by beauty. During the day we will do pranayama, asanas, relaxation, yoga nidra and meditation. A traditional Thai lunch is included and during the day a homemade herbal tea will be offered.

3,500 THB per person (plus 1,500 THB second person)
